Description The Associate Director - Projects role will be responsible for manage Large, Complex F&A Projects in multi-country, multi-lingual in a Global Shared Service environment. The incumbent will be required to Monitor and drive Global Shared Services transition projects for NTT Data and its affiliates, ultimately lead to the successful completion of the projects. Required Skills / Responsibilities (Technical) Ability to design End State Global G&A Processes In-depth Knowledge of End-to-End Transitions, Stable state Transformation using RPA/AI, LEAN 6 Sigma etc. Support various Finance transformation (Change management, Tool Implementation & other Process re-engineering Projects) & Finance Transitions Drive opportunity identification for change / process improvement / transformation projects Track Projects & capture Cost savings from Process Improvement projects. Keep track of the pertinent project information by communicating/collaborating with the project team members (both Customers and GBSS) Support strategic initiatives like Implementation of BCP/DR Plans for the business, Robotics Process Automation etc. Liaison with various Global support teams (IT, HR, Finance) & External Vendors (whenever required) Standardization of F&A processes across teams / geographies and identifying areas of improvement. Report the project status, along with the above-mentioned issues, to the appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner based on urgency and importance. Project Management Lead special projects for the customers\' F&A operations with BPO or Captive Develop and be accountable for Project work plans, ensuring all tasks are delivered in a timely/cost effective manner, anticipating scope issues and obtaining agreement on changes to work plan To ensure process excellence in business process design, re-engineering and management to system implementation Enable development of unique execution frameworks, bundling of technology & process to accelerate strategy execution Worked for multi-national companies in a multi-cultural environment Worked/Lead in multiple change management projects Lead post-merger integration projects Understanding of regulatory issues for cross-border businesses Communication skill with various stakeholders including the top management Identify learning and development needs of team resources, creating and facilitating appropriate internal learning materials and actively supporting on-going development & growth initiatives Analyze common processing mistakes (internal & external), do root cause analysis and assist in the development of training materials and delivery of presentations Develop and be accountable for Project work plans, ensuring all tasks are delivered in a timely/cost effective manner, anticipating scope issues and obtaining agreement on changes to work plan Management & Leadership: Ability to manage HR related matters for the direct reports and teams including interviewing, hiring, compensation planning, ongoing feedback/coaching and formal performance management (e.g., mid-year and year-end reviews). Take the lead in maintaining existing successful teaming environment, identifying and recognizing team efforts, and promoting activities that build rapport within the team. Identify opportunities for the team to own greater responsibilities and create transition plans where required. Manage Escalations, identify root cause and come up process improvement and put controls in place. Desired Profile: Graduate in Commerce. MBA (Finance) is preferable 13-15 years Total Experience , out of which at least 7-8 Years in Transition/Transformation Well versed with ERP Tools (SAP / Oracle / PeopleSoft etc.) Hands on knowledge to work on Tools like MS Project, Visio etc. Certification in Project management area (PMP, Prince2) will be preferred. Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented environment is essential Work Conditions Extended hours may be required in meet deadlines.
