Translates business unit long term objectives into an actionable business development plan. Works with staff and in alliance with sales and marketing managers to set strategy for growth in key customer areas and target markets where there is currently none or little penetration. Manages project teams to put plans into action. Tracks progress of plan and is responsible for it's success.
The Strategy & Business Operations Associate Director will work with GGM India senior leadership to refine the Market Strategy and run the management cadence for business. The individual will liaise with both local and global teams of professionals to support the strategic initiatives that ensure both the acceleration of market expansion and the establishment of foundational sales effectiveness across all GGM India portfolios.
This is a pivotal role in helping leadership identify and drive strategic programs and new initiatives forward. The successful individual provides consultative and constructive support for the development and deployment of best practices to optimize outcomes of multiple sales teams. The Strategy & Business Operations Associate Director will leverage data and analysis to drive revenue growth and will be able to pivot between being both strategic and operational to execute on initiatives in a collaborative and agile manner.
