Transformation Design & Delivery is part of the Payment Operations organization supporting CIB wide transformation and change programs and platforms. Job Responsibilities

The candidate is expected to drive initiatives under stringent timelines and in a fast-paced dynamic environment. The candidate is expected to have strong communication and influencing skills, strategic thinking, excellent data analytics skills, collaboration with multiple impacted teams, flexibility and result driven.

  • Discover & deliver on opportunities & projects to significantly improve operational landscape.
  • Plan, define and deliver project scope, framework from Initiation through implementation.
  • Partner with business to identify areas for improvements and implementing initiatives.
  • Provide value added analytics, and reporting, including scorecards/dashboards and executive level reporting.
  • Steer and manage project reviews with Leadership team/ Stakeholders and report on performance, discuss issues, potential risks and propose solutions.
  • Ability to understand key drivers of the business and products.
  • Have an innovative and control mindset to proactively defect and solve issues.
  • Ability to function independently without supervision.
  • Participate and provide updates in various forums and highlight any specific activities/coordination requests/other appropriate information as necessary in the forum.
  • Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly tracking of BoW on various metrics across multiple activities - key milestones, delays, deviations, dependencies, etc. on delivery of solutions across LOBs
  • Structured, timely communication and escalation to stakeholders about any key aspects of the program pertaining to them viz. program progress, challenges, risks, improvement areas and mitigation, communications, etc.
  • Develop and keep documentation for programs - program charter and other related artifacts.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
  • Leadership skills in governing and managing large programs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, creative and strategic mindset.
  • Excellent data skills - Collation | Cleaning | Transformation | Analytics / Exploration | Visualization using Excel, Python &Tableau | MS Office.
  • Strong people manager with ability to manage people effectively and mentor their career effectively.
  • Must be able to convert data and deep analytics into insights and communicate effectively across levels - across various mediums - presentations | calls | demos, etc.
  • Understanding of various Intelligent Automation & RPA tools like Task BOTs, UiPath, Alteryx, etc. would be an added advantage.
  • 15+ years in data analyst and project management experience in banking/financial services
  • Experience in designing, developing, testing and managing data models, simulations and reports.
  • PMI & Six Sigma certifications would be a plus
  • Well versed with data gather and analyzing approaches to discover trends and opportunities.
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Strong Data visualization capabilities and experience with Analytics tools (R, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.) preferred.
  • Basic understanding of finance and proficient in data wrangling & visualization with ability to mine and analyze large, complex data set.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced consulting-style, unstructured environment
  • Proven Program Management skills with the ability to prioritize various workloads.
  • Team player with strong work ethic and ability to build relationships across global teams.
  • Solution oriented, leveraging network & data to identify solutions to deliver results quickly.
  • Ability to synthesize information to formulate a \xe2\x80\x9cstory\xe2\x80\x9d for Senior Management.
  • Assimilates broad-ranging information quickly and able to distil into key points.
  • Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously and independently, while maintaining a high degree of communication and escalation at appropriate junctures.
