Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Marketing Growth/Demand Generation Manager to join our marketing team. You will play a crucial role in optimizing the lead-to-customer conversion process by enhancing lead engagement and scoring methodologies. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to effectively manage email nurture strategies, improve website engagement through chat and CTA optimization, and oversee landing page effectiveness. Additionally, you will be responsible for the execution of targeted newsletter programs and will support marketing operations through tools such as Marketo and various analytics dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Engagement Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance and optimize lead engagement and scoring to ensure higher-quality leads are passed to the sales team.

2. Marketing Operations: Leverage marketing automation tools like Marketo to streamline marketing processes, and lead management in order to drive efficiencies across the marketing funnel.

3. Website Chat Management: Oversee the operation of Qualified to optimize website chat interactions to engage visitors and convert them into leads.

4. Email Nurture Campaigns: Design and execute A/B tests for email campaigns to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Create value-based email content that resonates with different segments of the audience.

5. Newsletter Programs: Craft and manage diverse newsletter programs tailored to customers, analysts, traceable field personnel, and investors to maintain engagement and provide valuable insights.

6. Website Call-to-Action: Optimize website CTAs and manage on-page advertising using Trendemon to enhance conversion rates and user engagement.

Align and Partner with the demand gen team to optimize paid funnels across channels such as SEM, social media, and display advertising.

7. Dashboard Management: Create and maintain marketing performance dashboards from platforms such as Salesforce (SFDC), Looker, or equivalent, to make data-driven decisions and report on key metrics.

8. Optimize Landing Pages: In partnership with the Demand Gen Team, utilize tools such as Unbounce to create and optimize landing pages that drive conversions and improve user experience.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead conversion and engagement. Expert in marketing automation tools (specifically Marketo) and CRM platforms (specifically Salesforce).

2. Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing, data analysis, and optimization techniques.

3. Experience with web analytics and dashboard creation (e.g., Looker or similar).

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create compelling content for various audiences.

5. Creative thinker with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
