Enterprise Growth Manager

We are seeking an innovative and experienced in a senior growth, business development, or strategic leadership role within the technology, FMCG, or SaaS industry to drive our commitment to revenue generation and product excellence, leading the charge in expanding our customer base and enhancing our product offering.

Responsibilities:

- Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a holistic growth strategy, seamlessly integrating revenue led growth and product led growth principles. Forge new paths for expansion, market penetration, and revenue streams.

- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to align strategies with evolving trends, competitive landscapes, and customer demands. Translate insights into actionable initiatives that propel us ahead in the industry.

- Customer Acquisition: Champion customer acquisition strategies, catering to retailers, distributors, and stakeholders. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation and conversion strategies.

- Partnerships and Alliances: Identify strategic partnerships, alliances, and collaborations that amplify our reach and market impact, aligning with the ethos of both revenue and product led growth.

- Product and Service Innovation: Collaborate cross-functionally to continuously elevate our intelligence platform, infusing innovation and customer-centricity in alignment with product led growth strategies.

- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data analytics to discern key performance metrics, analyze customer behavior, and derive actionable insights that bolster growth and steer strategic decisions.

- Sales Enablement: Foster strong ties with the sales team, providing them with indispensable resources, insights, and tools to communicate the value proposition of our platform.

- Team Leadership: Lead and nurture a high-performing growth team, cultivating a culture of ingenuity, collaboration, and continuous advancement.

- Innovation and Experimentation: Nurture a culture of experimentation and innovation within the growth team, cultivating novel channels, strategies, and approaches in line with product and revenue led growth principles.

- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to the executive team on growth initiatives, advancement toward targets, and performance metrics, demonstrating how revenue and product strategies intersect.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred).

- 5-8 years of experience in a senior growth, business development, or strategic leadership role within the technology, software, or SaaS industry.

- Proven track record of designing and executing successful growth strategies, resulting in substantial revenue expansion while upholding product excellence.

- Strong analytical abilities, with the knack for transforming data into actionable strategies that align with both revenue and product growth initiatives.

- Experience in retail, distribution, or supply chain industries is a distinct advantage.

Exceptional leadership and team management skills, characterized by the ability to motivate and galvanize a diverse team.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for forging relationships across internal teams, partners, and customers.
