Sales Support - CMS Department Team Leader - CMS Support Location Mumbai Number of Positions 01 Reporting Relationships Executive Vice President Position Grade M6 Global Transaction Services Group is the Product & Sales Support function that provides product expertise to the various segments of Kotak Bank, spanning Consumer Bank, Commercial Bank and Wholesale Banking divisions. Products range from to cash management (payment & collections solutions, escrow services & dividend business to trade finance (import services, export services, funded & non-funded products and remittances), We are currently looking for Team Leader - Sales Support Team who can support Corporate/CA customers dealing with Consumer, Commercial Bank & Wealth verticals Job Profile Team Leader - Sales Support Team is expected to help internal as well as external customers in understanding, structuring & execution of Cash Management. He/she has to support all the verticals for following products with help of team of support members. Collections Solutions viz. Physical Collections, Electronic Collections, IMPS Electronic Collections, OTC, Payment Gateway, NACH, AllPay etc. Payment Solution viz. Physical Payments, Electronic Payments, Dividend Mandates, IMPS etc. Escrow Business, Digital Lending, Nodal etc. Job Role: PAN India Interaction with potential customers/branches to understand the technical requirement for system integration for TBG products / services i.e. CMS with focus on Commercial & Consumer Bank clients thru phone/online mechanism Train & enable Branch Banking Teams to sell the Cash Management Products thru online channels Run the different education/knowledge series campaigns to create awareness on CMS products Support Consumer & Commercial Bank channel for product & documentation related queries. Interact with IT team / vendor, prepare requirement documents, co-ordinate customization in our system, perform UAT and give sign offs for implementation. Understand specific MIS requirement of the customers and create reports accordingly. Remotely enable the branches to structure the CMS deals Arrange to prepare the MIS, MIS analysis & push the channel for productivity Structure the transaction, and assist the team in formulating transaction pricing to ensure revenue commensurate with risks and administrative efforts Ensure desired penetration of the product in the market by the relationship team by providing marketing support, visibility campaigns and brand presence Job Requirements: 8 -10 years\' experience Team handling experience of at least 2 years. CA/MBA. Must be market savvy, sales oriented with good networking skills Must be analytical and pro-active Must have excellent interpersonal skills Detail oriented and should be able to work with high accuracy even under pressure to meet tight deadlines Excellent communication, negotiation, and planning skills Good knowledge MS Office & MIS Tools Must have able to settle in an environment requiring entrepreneurial/ building skills Keen interest to sales, structuring and implement deals Must be capable of working with a team Excellent communication, negotiation, and planning skill
