Job Title: Manager or Sr Manager - HRBP
Location: Bangalore
Owning the People plan for the concerned Business that includes design ( where applicable) and implementation of end to end HR processes (Talent Management, compensation reviews, global mobility , Retention , ESAT, People engagement initiatives and Client Reviews) in collaboration with the respective departments
Candidate Role :
Talent Review process
Ownership of the POSH policy. Ensure all cases are investigated and reported per policy guidelines.
Efficacy of RAG analysis or Early warning signals
Employee retention - Advocacy programs
Responsible for development and implementation of detailed group specific induction process, guidelines for new employees joining the business unit with individual involvement for induction of employees at Senior Management Levels
To act as an interface between the Corporate HR teams, Top Management & Operations Teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of processes, policies and initiatives.
Handle all queries, grievances and escalations from employees on the floor and ensure the same are resolved within committed timelines. Identify opportunities for process improvements based on historic trends
Ownership of internal communication for respective business unit across stakeholder groups
Ensure no non-compliances for respective business unit related to periodic Internal, External or Client Audits.
Ownership for accuracy and timeliness of daily, weekly and monthly MIS/Scorecard for respective stakeholders, Responsible for publishing
ESAT Survey. Ownership for action planning and implementation of appropriate interventions.
Ownership of employee attrition reporting and retention initiatives for respective business units, Conceptualization, development and execution of special projects for respective business unit or across process
Ownership of the IJP process including timelines and selection process within business

7. Excellent presentation skills and Analytical skills. Should manage client reviews
