Your Impact: As a driven Software Tester, you will contribute to the development of our innovative and market-leading clinical development product suite that helps our customers to design, model, and simulate complex innovative clinical trials with the potential to create significant value for sponsors and patients by increasing their probability of success and accelerating time to market. You will be responsible for performing functional and non-functional testing of our cloud-hosted and on-premise software products, thereby ensuring high-quality delivery of software to our clients. Summary of Job Responsibilities: Study requirements and software design carefully Understand the testing strategy and create test cases as per the strategy Execute test cases on the product and report the defects and track them to closure Participate in the review of test artifacts Learn and adhere to applicable processes for your work Estimate and plan your own work Work in an Agile Scrum team collaborating with Subject Matter Experts, developers, testers etc. Qualifications, Skills, and Experience: Bachelor\'s / Master\'s degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent STEM degree 2+ years of experience in testing complex, rich, and highly interactive web applications or on-prem applications Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and logical aptitude Optional Skills and Experience: Experience of coding/scripting in any programming language (C# / Python preferable) Knowledge of a variety of architectures like client-server, layered architecture, microservices, etc. Certified by ISTQB, CAST, CSTE (or similar) Knowledge of automation tools like Selenium and Ranorex Knowledge of tools like TestRail, Postman, LoadRunner, and JMeter What\'s in it for you: You will have the opportunity to play an integral role in helping our clients and the industry shape the future of drug development You will be part of an exciting new chapter in Cytel\'s history with high growth and opportunities Work in an environment designed for an entrepreneurially minded person with a lot of energy, ideas, and the courage to implement Work with and leverage the best and brightest minds in the industry Cytel Inc. is an Equal Employment / Affirmative Action Employer.
