About the team

Global Support Center, GSC is FIS Global employee support portal for its employees, one stop shop for all kind of support inquiries. The key functionality provided by GSC include:

Search and view self-help guides

Search FIS Share point repository for related documents

Commenting on the self-help guides and daily reports on comments posted during the day

Admin functionality to edit the guides, including role-based approval process

Submit a new request support ticket

See and update support ticket details

Find a local help desk phone number

What you will be doing:

Develops, maintains and upgrades manual or automated test scripts, utilities, simulators, data sets and other programmatic test tools required to execute test plans.

Performs usability testing for total system performance, reliability, scalability and security.

Effectively communicates testing activities and findings in oral and written forms.

Controls and manages own daily test activities.

Provides internal quality assurance.

Supports test lead to identify risks and develops mitigation strategies.

Organizes and maintains the test script library.

Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you bring:

Knowledge of methods, tools and technology used in software manual testing.

Knowledge of methods, tools(like Postman/Fiddler) and technology used in API testing.

Knowledge of methods, tools(like Selenium) and technology used in Automation testing

Knowledge of tools like Rally and JIRA for defect tracking

Knowledge and use of quality management methods, tools and technology used to create and support defect-free, application software that meets needs of client/business partner

Knowledge of basic principles, processes, phases and roles of application development methodologies

Knowledge of primary database engines with a demonstrated ability to write complex queries to be used for data validation and troubleshooting
