Graduate in B. E / B. Tech / MCA with an Aggregate of 65% or more in Graduation.B. No history of backlogs (past or live) during B. Tech / B.E. / MCA Course. All subjects should have cleared in the first attempt itself.C. Aggregate for 10th & HSC/12th/Diploma should be 70% or more.Experience: 1 - 3 YearsWe are looking for a software test engineer who will work collaboratively with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure that not only the product is tested and built as per specifications, but also meets the objective from the user's perspective.Key Responsibility Area: A. Understand the objective of the user story/requirements from the product manager.B. Identify possible gaps or missed scenarios in the user story / requirements.C. Define test scenarios, test cases, testing environment and testing data.D. Execute test plans and test cases.E. Raise bugs and defectsF. Collaborate with product managers, designer and developers to ensure correct functioning of the user story / requirements.Essential Attributes: A. Should be well versed in English communication - both written and spoken.B. Should have an excellent knowledge of computers, browser, internet, websites, apps and mobile technologies.C. Well versed with all concepts of manual software testing.D. Basic knowledge of excel, word, google sheets and google docs.E. Basic knowledge of anyone of ticket / project management software such as Jira, Trac, Bugzilla, Taiga, etc.Key Measures: A. Product function reliabilityB. Defect / bugs identifiedC. Time to complete testingD. Time to complete test case documentation.E. Accuracy of test case documentation.F. Gap identification in requirement documentationKey Competencies: A.
