Service to IHB Segment, Customer Centricity :- Customer CentricityActivities:Promotional Meets - Mobile Van - Complaint redressal as per norms; support to UBS/BPD/ Data Base. Target Vs Actual - number/ Reach; Test/Complaints/ NPS scores. utilisation of Mobile Van by achieving the target no. of tests per site visit.To attend to the customer complaints achieving closure within the agreed timelines and ensuring 100% customer retentionTo promote UBS, BPD & RMC to IHBs in the relevant markets as per plan.Key Deliverables:1. Focus on CGC/Site Meet/IHB meets. Measuring NPS of each IHB meet2. Silt Test / Water Test3. Weather Plus Demos. MCL Concreting. BPD Conversions
