Position: Territory Manager - Mortgage Sales (Home Loan)r r Product: Home Loan, LAP and Business Loanr r Experience: 4 - 10 years experience in handling Home Loan.r r Job Locations: New Delhi and Puner r Call or Share your updated CV / Resume on - 9773409264r r Roles and Responsibilities:r r Generating business through internal BPO leads etc.r r To identify and add new potential sources in Delhi/NCR for generating leads of HL.r r Executing the sourced files with laid down process and support from internal operations/credit team.r r Engage with existing customer base and network for contributing business volumes via self-sourced leads.r r Constantly build and increase the network of referral partners to create a regular active base for sourcing quality leads for mortgage business.r r Up-sell & Cross-Sell other financial products basis customer requirements.r r Responsible to meet the Monthly and Quarterly Disbursement and Revenue targets.r r Render prompt post-sales service to customers.r r Strategize and interact closely with the supervisor on delivering on Business numbers.r r Work collectively with the supervisor and conduct joint sales calls whenever required.r r r r Desired Candidate Profile:r r Prior sales experience of working in Banks/NBFCs/DSAs in the Home Loans, Loan against property or business loans.r r Understanding of income programs, legal and technical of property and client profiling.r r Good knowledge of Mortgage/unsecured products and policies of various Banks and NBFC's.r r Proven sales experience and track record of over-achieving targets.r r Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.r r Computer use competency.r r Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.r r Self-motivated and driven.r r Any graduate or equivalent, MBA preferred/commerce graduate preferred.r r r r Perks and Benefits:r r Attractive Incentives.
