As a Tele Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling agricultural inputs to our valued customers over the phone. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing product information, and closing sales deals to contribute to the growth of our business. Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote agricultural inputs offered by Croplinks Agritech.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Recommend suitable agricultural inputs based on customer needs and preferences.
- Achieve sales targets and quotas set by the company.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales transactions using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors\' products.
- Handle customer objections and concerns professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings and sales strategies.
- Proven experience in tele sales or telemarketing, preferably in the agriculture sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Passion for agriculture and understanding of agricultural inputs and practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor\'s degree in Agriculture or related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in regional languages (if applicable) is advantageous.
