Telesales Executive
Job Description
Position Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through proactive outbound calling, establishing and maintaining relationships with prospective customers, and meeting sales targets. The Telesales Executive will play a crucial role in promoting our products/services and contributing to the overall success of the sales team. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and clients. Present and promote products or services over the phone. Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly. Achieve sales targets and quotas. Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities. Qualifications: Proven experience in telesales or a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Persuasive and goal-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
