Shuru App is hiring Telesales Executive for Mansarovar, Jaipur location1y+ experience | E-commerce sales | Day shift | Fluent EnglishSalary: Rs. 20,000 - 22,000/- per monthWhat you will be doing:

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
• Answer questions about products or the company.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements.
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
• Keep records of calls and feedback and note useful information

What we would like to see in you:

• Graduate with a Minimum 1-year e-commerce sales experience preferred
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
• Resolves seller's complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
• Helps to set up US based shop or accounts, obtains leads through various sources like internet surfing or by cold calling in different markets or locality
• Establish new US accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on potential sellers
• Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Prospecting Skills
