Position Overview

• You will serve as the functional application analyst for problem resolution and product enhancement for all applications supporting wholesales business.

• As a functional analyst/systems analyst, you will be responsible for performing system maintenance, documenting and training current business processes, working with business counterparts in support of departmental needs, as well as providing technical and business analytics to support recommendations for business process improvements.

• As a successful Wholesale Sales Application - functional analyst/systems analyst, you will be a hand-on, abstract and creative thinker who thrive on tackling difficult challenges.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Managed new access to the sales platform (Nuorder)

Creation of new customer

Maintain customer / sales relationship

Incident resolution in collaboration with SAP support team

Initial root cause analysis

Excel reconciliation between systems (Nuorder, SAP)

Communication with end users (sales, Customer service, Merch)

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

SAP (IDOC processing, OSA report)

Experience in Application Support

Nuorder (B2B Platform)

Excel

Expected to work in shifts schedules ,primarily London,UK Time Zone including weekend shifts(when required)

. CRM/ Ecommerce / SAP tool experience is nice to have
