This job opening is for a Business Management Analyst role in the Chief Administrative Office (CAO) team of Global Procurement (GP).

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Monthly PnL Analysis and highlighting any challenges to meet financial targets with focus on Financial Allocation topics: DBCM (Driver Based Cost Management), Intra-Infra allocations, Overhead allocation
• Actively generating input to drive Forecasting / Annual Budgeting process for Procurements allocations (uploads, maintenance of data evidence database)
• Analyzing actuals reporting for DBCM cost allocations and addressing queries on the same
• Supporting the DBCM Data Capture team with their reporting requirements during the allocations sign-off process
• Ensure that for DBCM robust controls are maintained, the necessary quality assurance is performed at all times, and evidence the effectiveness of their operating cycles is ensured.
• Coordinate with Utility teams to support ad-hoc queries and monthly report requirements of the stakeholders. These will include standard reports; one off requests and cost allocation enquiries
• Support in Management of Vendor Credit Portfolio of DB (accruals, booking, credit note definition & processing, validation, volume trend extrapolations)
• Form relationships across offshore production teams / onshore stakeholders understand root-cause and improve future commentaries
• Ad hoc projects as required

Your Skills and Qualifications:

• Financial background: Cost accounting/transfer pricing experience
• Understanding of cost allocation process (DBCM / Overhead / TDI (Apptio)) is preferable
• Results/action-orientation with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Experience in handling large data sets
• Performing analytics and drawing insights from data
• Ability to work within virtual global teams in a matrix organization
• Ability to communicate effectively (oral & written)
• Displays a high degree of control awareness
• Attention to detail and big picture view
• Well organized & able to logically present results of work
• Diligent, thorough, shows initiative and is proactive
• Ability to challenge status quo.

Education / Certification:

• Post graduate degree preferable
• 5 years of DB Finance industry practice
