The Impact: The Business Management analyst plays a crucial role in contributing to the overall objectives of the team and Technology organization. By optimizing business processes, headcount activities and ensuring seamless purchase order and invoice management, this role directly impacts the organization\'s operational efficiency, cost effectiveness and productivity. Responsibilities: Analyse technology monthly financials reports, Goods Received Not Invoiced tracking, AP Reports, track actuals vs budget, and prepare MIS reports and analysis of Headcount and third-party spend. Partnering with recruiters to ensure that an accurate view of hiring is maintained and distributing EOM reports to the management team Oversee the end-to-end Purchase Request to Purchase Order process, ensuring timely and accurate execution Conduct data analysis and generate insightful reports, providing actionable recommendations to help drive informed decision-making. Partner with other groups including Commercial Optimisation Team, Technology Delivery and Finance. What We\'re Looking For: Exceptional data analytical skills: The candidate should possess a strong background in data analysis, including proficiency in statistical analysis, data visualization, and the ability to draw actionable insights from complex datasets. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data presentation: The candidate should have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including functions, formulas, and data representation. Additionally, they should be skilled in creating visually appealing and informative presentations to effectively communicate data-driven insights. Experience in Google Sheets will also be beneficial. Data-driven and detail-oriented: The ideal candidate should have a strong orientation towards data and possess excellent attention to detail. They should be able to collect, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data accurately, making data-driven decisions and recommendations. Excellent communication and soft skills: Effective communication is crucial for this role. The candidate should have exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey complex data findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additionally, they should have strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and be a collaborative team player.
