Job Title: Technical Support Engineer Experience : 1-5 yrs
: We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective technical support to our clients. Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Windows server configuration, Windows OS installation, networking, and cloud concepts. Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows server configuration, Windows OS installation, networking, and cloud concepts.
  • Guide clients in setting up and configuring Windows server environments.
  • Assist clients with Windows OS installations, including troubleshooting installation errors and configuring system settings.
  • Diagnose and resolve network-related issues such as connectivity problems, DNS configuration, and firewall settings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Document technical solutions and create knowledge base articles for future reference.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends related to Windows server, networking, and cloud concepts.
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on best practices for utilizing Windows server and cloud technologies.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical issues in the ticketing system.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in technical support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows server configuration, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and server roles.
  • Proficiency in Windows OS installation and troubleshooting.
  • Sound understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing concepts, such as virtualization, storage, and networking in cloud environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: 925,000.00 - 930,000.00 per month Benefits:
