Job Description
Designation: Technical Support Engineer - L2 Location: Jamshedpur Qualification: Any Degree/Diploma Experinence: 3 - 5 Years Roles & Responsibilities:
- Candidate must be CCNA/ CCNP / Aruba/ Ruckus certified
- Minimum 4-6 Years working experience with IT Industry in configuration of IT Devices
- Competent in Installation & configuration of various Network devices (Networking Switches, Routers, Firewall, Access Points, Load Balancers VPN) etc.
- Deep understanding of Networking Protocols, Network policies and Securities and complex problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Able to prepare Networking Design and Documents (HLD & LLD)
- Hands on experience with new roll out Network, Monitoring and Network diagnostic.
- Able to Plan, Manage and execute Networking task independently from start to finish
- Provide Technical Support to team and client
- Installation and Configuration of Servers and Storage will be advantage.
