As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing technical expertise to our customers. Your role will primarily focus on pre-sales support, product approval, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with business goals, targeting potential customers and winning their business. Provide pre-sales support by conducting product demonstrations, answering technical inquiries, and guiding customers on product selection and application. Obtain product approvals from regulatory agencies and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. Develop technical documentation, including product data sheets, installation instructions, and specifications. Conduct technical training sessions for the sales team and customers. Provide post-sales technical support, addressing customer questions, assisting with installation and maintenance, and resolving technical issues. Collaborate with the product development team to ensure products meet customer needs and remain competitive in the market. Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and customer requirements through market research and analysis. Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field. Proven experience in technical sales, pre-sales support, and product approval within the building materials industry. Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and relevant regulations. Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to understand customer needs, provide technical solutions, and build long-term relationships. Proficiency in technical documentation and report writing. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Relevant certifications or specialized training in sales and marketing. Previous experience in sales, marketing, or product management. Familiarity with the Indian building materials market.
