Job Description

THE ROLE:
AMD is building out our Commercial Enterprise Sales Organization and we have an immediate opening for an Inside Sales Manager to lead a team of inside sales representatives that will drive the sales of our industry leading products and services with end user customers and partners.

THE PERSON:
Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building Inside Sales Teams in the technology industry and demonstrated consistent results in a high growth environment. This individual will be expected to assume the role of a working supervisor by demonstrating exceptional selling skills while leading, training, and motiving sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly growth objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monthly Management of: Executive review with CVP
Territory Reviews with BDE and ISRs
Meet with potential and current clients to create relationships, understand needs, and address concerns to Identify blind spots in sales rep knowledge and ensure all are comfortable with the plan and methods
Regularly meet with divisional leaders to ensure we are exceeding the sales plan and client expectations CVP
Business Operations
Enterprise Marketing Campaigns
Client and Enterprise Business Units

Weekly Management of: Analyze SFDC data and provide continuous guidance on tasks, pipeline, deal progression and closing
Leverage SFDC data to continuously provide feedback and direction
1x1s with direct reports
KPI reviews
Weekly meetings with leadership team Review performance
Identify growth opportunities
Open to feedback
Marketing plan

Daily Management of: Daily team huddles motivate and provide daily direction
Building and executing against - Hiring, Coaching and Training plans
Participate on sales calls and mobilize sales and technical resources
Enable growth career development

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative / Account Executive who is ready to take the next step to direct a team of 10 sales representatives
Our ideal candidate will have experience in the Technology space preferrable in the Semi-Conductor Industry
Education: Any Graduate
Industry: IT-Hardware/Networking
