Technical Promotion Specialist

You will be working as Technical Promotion Specialist and will be part of Electrification Business Area for Smart Power Division based in Chandigarh, India. In this role you will be reporting to Sales Manager-Product and will be responsible for planning and implementing proactive promotional activities for the assigned target audience to create the market demand and need for the Smart Power & Smart Building Products. Building long term customer relationships, identifying and developing sales opportunities by introducing, presenting and educating the target audience about ABB products and tools.

Your responsibilities

• Implementing proactive promotional activities for the customer target group and managing and driving education of the target audience by conducting and organizing appropriate training interventions
• Establishing and maintaining effective long-term relationships with target group customers to understand their current and future needs and ensuring that the customer has a good understanding of the full ABB product/systems/services offering, features and benefits
• Preparing plans for visits and performing regular status reviews, including the analysis and output of the target audience visits. Supporting the dedicated area, the deployment of KPI\xe2\x80\x99s and monitors the sales performance
• Ensuring efficient marketing activities and strong value proposition to customers by using effective promotional techniques. Communicating details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy
• Creating a vision of a loyal, committed and long-term customer relationship and implementing the necessary action plan and steps to reach the vision
• Ensuring cross-collaboration and continuously developing own and team members\xe2\x80\x99 technical, commercial, design and behavioral competences and know-how

Your background

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience with architects and consultants
• Experience in Low Voltage Switchgear
• Good knowledge in ACB, MCCB, MCB, DB and building automation
