What We'll Bring: As an exceptional Technical Product Owner, you will drive value add and high quality features in support of an enterprise wide strategy to converge core technologies to a more robust services architecture. Part of our Global Technology organization, you will help develop robust, compelling, and integrated data, tools, and technology solutions that can be leveraged across vertical value chains, and integrate easily into product and customer workflows.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience in working with Agile / Scrum work environment as a Product Owner or Business Analyst: writing user stories, and following the development process through user story acceptance
• Familiarity with micro-services and API based products
• Ability to speak to product and technical capabilities
• Practical understanding of Scrum principles and practices
• Experience systematically analyzing problems, drawing relevant conclusions, and devising appropriate courses of action.
• Excellent communication skills and business process knowledge.

Impact You'll Make:

• Voice of the customer to the agile/engineering team
• Represent capabilities and features at team level in supporting Scrum (SAFe) Framework
• Ensure traceability between requirements to Features to User Stories
• Collaborate with solution architect, product manager, and engineering lead to translate requirements into user stories for the development teams to implement.
• Review of test cases against user stories acceptance criteria
• Prioritize the Product Backlog aligned with business priority as communicated by the Product Manager
• Formally accept the user stories once all acceptance criteria are met and demo-ed
• Be a leader during Product Backlog grooming sessions, retrospectives, defect management and project team's release planning sessions
• Use your excellent communication skills to understand technical requests and accurately translate into product features that include benefit hypotheses, outcome hypotheses, and acceptance criteria.
• Inspire and motivate the development teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency.
• Work with QA and analyze data and test results to ensure integrity is maintained throughout program lifecycle and ensure market and business needs are satisfied.
