Job summary
As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with business and software development
partners to build on an ever-growing suite of microservices, APIs, application-to-application integrations, and
partnerships that power key business functions. Your job will be to understand the various integrations between
applications, partners, and others.

Responsibilities
Manage research, evaluation, execution, and introduction of microservice opportunities, API strategy,
application-to-application integration improvement, etc.
Collaborate with key business stakeholders to determine priority for backend engineering teams
Work closely with backend engineering team in an agile environment to deliver products to market
Utilize data and metrics to measure success, make recommendations, and drive actions
Partner with stakeholders to determine technical feasibility, design optimization, and production issues
Work with other departments to establish a design, technology, product development, and vision
Manage subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs
Ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhere to approved budgets
Conduct initial market and design research relating to new products

Requirements

Ability to drive strategic direction
Oral and written communication skills
Ability to build collaborative relationships
Experience with backend services, APIs, and microservice architecture, FRD , Use case diagrams.
Ability to understand technical details and explain them to non-technical audiences

Bachelor's degree required
5 years' experience in the related area preferred
Previous microservices, APIs, or backend product management experience
Supervisory experience preferred
Software Development experience not required but a plus
Hands on experience with project management tools like Jira , Trello etc.
