Job Description

Inv Agri & RE PMO provides Project Management, Data/Business analysis Support to Real Estate Programs/Projects for Equity, Debt & Agriculture. The team is accountable for PMO Governance framework by managing the end-to-end project management reporting activities for all Real Estate projects & programs, by producing best-in-class PMO metrics based on the implementation of well-disciplined reporting cadence. Additionally, team is also responsible for governance of Real applications recertification process and coordinate with other RE groups to ensure smooth transition on new activities and bridge the gap between business and operations.

This position requires actively participating with cross-functional teams across MetLife global offices and providing end to end support for Project Management & PMO Administrative activities in close partnership with Program & Project Managers.

Job Responsibilities:

To support for any ongoing project or upcoming project as Project Coordinator and perform PMO role in partnership with the States side stakeholders person must perform the following activities:

Coordinate with Project stakeholders and ensure Project plan is updated and current
Create and maintain Project Data on SharePoint Portals
Monitor, track and implement Change Management Requests
Identifies monitors and responds to risks and issues. Escalates critical issues and potential impact on project to management
Create, publish and maintain Project reports and dashboards
Project reporting to Senior stakeholders at States side
Working and coordinating with vendors for ongoing and new projects
Work in collaboration with stakeholders and ensure timely deliverables
Review, Monitor, Analyze and Report Program/Project information
Follow ups with Program/ Project Managers on deliverables of the Projects
Review/Develop Management presentations for Onshore & Offshore clients
Compile data and create Reports on Excel and PowerPoint

Overall PMO Support
SharePoint management with oversight
Support approved project plan changes
Overall administrative support and support of governance process
Setting up meetings in rooms/scheduling rooms
Review/generate reports to monitor performance

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Education
Bachelors degree (in any stream) or diploma with a minimum of 15 years of education

Experience Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a PMO, Investments industry & Project Management experience is a plus but not mandatory

Knowledge Skills (general and technical)
Working experience in Agile and Scrum teams is preferred
Good Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Project, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel, MS Word, MS Visio
Exposure to Project management tools and concepts (JIRA, TFS, Azure), working experience preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to clearly communicate/articulate technical and functional issues with conclusions and recommendations to Leadership
Prior experience in handling State side or offshore stakeholders
Knowledge of Reporting fundamentals
Experience in creating and delivering Business presentations
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments concurrently with minimal direction in an evolving, fast paced work environment
Demonstrate ability to work independently and in a team environment
Self-disciplined and results oriented
Ability to develop and maintain robust relationships with peers and stakeholders
Education: ME/ M.Tech./ MS (Engg/ Sciences)r r r r r r r Any Graduate
