The Project Analyst performs at the capacity of a Change Management Administrator typically overseeing multiple Change Requests for various applications. The Analyst will be working with various cross-functional teams, leads and Regional Heads and liaise with multiple other stakeholders to commence execute and streamline Change Requests process and stream of events. Contributes to standards around which others will operate. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the entire function. Requires basic commercial awareness. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence, and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Has responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness, and delivery of end results of an area. May have responsibility for planning, budgeting, and policy formulation within area of expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specified projects ensuring consistency with Citi project management governance.
Manage ESC Systems Change Requests: Collect and analyze change requests through the CRT Tool, consolidate requests for review.
Prepare the CRT Package for review with Pipeline Prioritization Committee (PPC).
Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicting information, when necessary, decompose high-level information into details, at the same time, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
Ensure that any system-related solution provided by Technology works; and operations-related solution is doable and realistic.
Collaborate with Functional, Technology Managers to obtain Order of Magnitude.
Timely and periodic communication to stakeholders and set expectations for delivery.
Liaison between the business units (operations), regional, partner and technology teams.
Track & Execute approved CRs from Initiation to closure based on CPMC CR Delivery standards
Lead the team in Identifying and managing the risks and opportunities on the ERTS to enable forward motion and minimize risk.
Elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments.
Formulate and document new operation procedures, problem identification and recovery procedures.
Project manages relatively small projects whilst overseeing the total project list and the key critical projects.
Full ownership for one or more processes, reports, procedures, or products, and may also be considered analytical or procedural experts representing a unit or team on cross-function process or project deliverables.
Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge of concepts and procedures within own area to resolve issues.
Ensures creation of project plan and charter benefits management plan, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and central project issue log.
Ensures change control is executed throughout project.
Identifies, documents, and understands project dependencies Identify key stakeholders who participate in project scope definition.
Measures project management performance against standards.
Establishes project communication needs and create project communication plan.
Creates the project risk management plan.
Partners with cross function peers to create, administer, track, and eventually close project contracts.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Job Skills / Qualifications:

4-6 years of experience in project management, primarily in financial services.
Broad understanding of business practices.
Demonstrates capacity to work in highly pressured & volatile environments.
PMP and/or Agile certifications a plus.
Highly proficient in the use of desktop tools and software for presentations, consolidation of data and process mapping, i.e., MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, and Blue Works.
MS Access and SharePoint is a plus.
Excellent Inter-personal skills, Communication
Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.).
Can work independently with minimal supervision is required, as well as ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere.
Excellent follow-up skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task, strong leadership skills, strong team-orientation and interpersonal skills, flexibility and strong analytical skills.
Strong written/verbal communication skills.
Ability to establish rapport and build effective relationships across functions, across regions, and across all levels of management.
Motivated self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and possesses the ability to successfully manage multiple requests in a deadline-driven environment
