You are required to have skills in the following areas :
Primary Skills
- Experience in Dynamics 365CRM and Project Management
- Knowledge of Customer service, Field service, and PSA.
- Understand the Microsoft Dynamics CRM SDK
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Business Units and Security Roles
- Configure Users and Teams
- Create and configure custom entities, including standard and activity entities
- Design, create and configure relationships between entities
- Create and configure Views, Charts, Forms, and Dashboards for both system and custom entities
- Create and implement custom workflows, plugins, actions
- Implement Field Security and Access Team Templates
- Design, create and configure Solutions
- Use form scripting methods
- Design and develop modifications or extensions to standard Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Design and develop web applications on top of Dynamics CRM
- Omni channel integrations with D365 CRM.
- Finance and other integrations with CRM
