Role Description
Role Description: Technical Manager - 5A
Join our rapidly growing Payments Product - IncedoPay facilitating B2B and B2C payments.
Solutions Architect shall play a key role providing & realising architectural vision with the software development team, ensuring that there is a clearly defined architectural long-term vision. Solution Architect shall be responsible for architecture definition, technology, tools selection and ensuring that development meets all relevant standards, processes for engineering secure, scalable and enterprise-grade software.

• Cloud agnostic architecture delivered as high performing and highly secure solution on AWS; portable on private cloud using Rackspace or Azure as per clients requirements
• Provide payment services to enterprises in dedicated hosting SaaS model
• Payment services target market segment of B2B (Business to Business), B2C (Business to Consumer), C2B (Consumer to Business), P2P (Peer to Peer) in partnerships with banks and payments processors such as Mastercard, VISA and support payments rails like Zelle, ACH and new digital forms of payment including digital currencies
• Evolve product for vertical markets such as insurance

Role and responsibilities
A successful candidate will:

• Lead the architecture, design and development of Incedo Payment Product.
• Creation of architecture artifacts including conceptual, logical, physical, integration architectures, security and data flow diagrams
• Ownership of non-functional and enterprise grade features including security, high availability, maintainability, performance and scalability
• Communicating solution and building MVPs for key stakeholders both within Incedo and clients
• Reviewing code of team and continuous code refactoring for performant and secure code
• Working with technical manager in create a team of engineers for the product, engineers tasks allocation, creating timeline, providing estimates and acting as engineering lead in team meetings
• Ownership of non-functional and enterprise grade features including security, high availability, maintainability, performance, scalability and security
• Communicating solution and building MVPs for key stakeholders both within Incedo and clients
• Reviewing code of team and continuous code refactoring for performant and secure code

Technical skills requirements
The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in,

• 10 to 25 years' experience in Solutions Architecture role or at Senior Team Leader level, (ideally having MS .Net Core software development background. Alternatively, hands-on experience on React.JS, Node.JS and other open source technologies)
• Ideally experience in financial services and banking with a focus on Payment Processing
• Advanced end-to-end troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Proficient in Public cloud technical architecture solutions (AWS or Azure)
• Client facing skills
• Excellent communication skills / influencing skills
• Expert in software development best practice, tools and techniques
• DevOps practices, processes, tools & techniques beneficial
• PCI / PA-DSS knowledge beneficial

Qualifications

• 10-25 years' experience
• B.Tech degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred.
