Key Responsibilities: Work with Internal Technical Committee to carve out the technical and domain learning requirements. Plan, design, and execute learning plan with a blend of internal learning academies, external programs, online learning courses, experiential workshops, and social learning sessions. Manage the events, logistics and end to end operations. Maintain attendance logs, feedback, and other necessary records. Track & Govern critical L&D metrics to drive continuous learning. Maintain, Compile and analyze data to help with budget and finance tracking. Periodically review programs and analyze data to enhance learning and operational efficiency. Qualification HR professional with 4-5 years of relevant work experience in Technical Learning & Development Good Communication & Presentation Skills Stakeholder Management Skills Knowledge of web-based learning platforms and modern educational/learning techniques Additional certification in training (e.g. Certified Technical Trainer) is a plus Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9100,000.00 - 91,000,000.00 per year Benefits:
