They are scouting for a Technical Project Manager to join their dynamic Team

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of LMS products, ensuring alignment with client requirements, industry best practices, and project timelines. As a Technical Project Manager, the incumbent will collaborate with cross-functional teams, interface directly with clients, and utilize your expertise in debugging, team management, and agile methodologies to drive project success.

Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from inception to delivery, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budget constraints.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and effectively communicating project status, milestones, and any potential risks or issues.

- Monitor project progress, track key performance metrics, and generate regular reports for stakeholders to evaluate project health and performance.

- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including developers, QA engineers, designers, and other stakeholders, to achieve project goals.

- Utilize agile methodologies to facilitate iterative development, continuous improvement, and timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

- Conduct thorough analysis and debugging of technical issues, providing guidance and support to the team to resolve complex challenges.

- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize features, define project requirements, and translate client needs into actionable development tasks.

- Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, implementing mitigation strategies and contingency plans as needed.

- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies to promote transparency, collaboration, and team alignment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM) is a plus.

- Proven experience (10-15 years) in technical project management, preferably in the software development or technology industry.

- Strong proficiency in debugging complex technical issues, with a solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.

- Demonstrated expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).

- Experience in PHP programming is a plus.

- Solid organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams, foster a collaborative work culture, and drive results.

- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset to address challenges and drive continuous improvement.
