Job Description


Job Role Product growth manager for Payments Products. The candidate is required to define and execute product strategy on driving emerging payment products like - UPI, Bill Payment, IMPS, NEFT Define and execute strategy for growing usage and adoption of Kotak\'s Payments marketplace manifold across both existing customers and new customers of the Bank. Developing and executing online and offline campaigns, including gamification, on-ground activation etc. to drive traffic to the products Identifying, developing & optimizing growth channels to drive product & revenue growth. Analyzing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies. Proposing new initiatives to attract customers and convert leads as well as testing new approaches to capture existing demand. Providing inputs & expertise to drive efficacy of marketing activities (content development, advertising etc.) Planning and executing initiatives to reach the target audience through different channels. Working closely across teams to share ideas, feedback and present results. Implement product adoption strategies basis product offering, customer profile, data analysis, customer feedback etc. Analyze customer funnels to understand drop points and recommend solutions. Experience with Google Analytics, Tableau, Webengage, Moengage, etc will be a plus. Planning and designing business cases for In-app commerce. Creating and maintaining of detailed Product documentation. Strong presentation skills required to executive leadership teams. Fluent in Communication & Tactful Negotiation Skills required. Responsible to implement all regulatory specifications & reporting Responsible for customer experience, innovation in payment check-out solutions, product enhancements with new features/services, product performance tie up with vendors Responsible for all processes, promotional activities, marketing, training related to the product Work with multiple stakeholders from cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives Job Requirement Bachelor or field Post Graduate Degree with experience in Fintech /Banking/Telecom/Payments or other relevant industry 3 to 8 years of experience with atleast 3 years in product management and in driving adoption and growth. Driven/Bias for Action, High on Strategic outlook, Ability to work in ambiguity, Creative Mindset, Ability to take initiative and not be dependent on legacy for results, Ability to drive first-time initiatives, Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment and drive common goals. Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to manage large and complex projects Customer oriented and ability to drive growth and business objectives Good analytical and data-backed decision making skills
