Roles and ResponsibilitiesJob Purpose
The purpose of this role is to manage day-to-day integration for the products that will be allocated.
It needs to be monitor & control the overall project integration timeliness.
Job Responsibilities
SPOC for all integration projects for the allocated products
Understand the digital journey & integration of the products within journey.
Identify the areas where the solution can be improvised by automation or through STP
Track & monitor the progress of each integration
Publish weekly MIS with trend in progress of each integration.
Present the update to seniors in a review for the solutions that are developed & available for integration.
Total ownership of the product during the integration project
Work with peers to implement all compliance & technological upgrade.
Enhance product features which will cater the more user journeys
Understanding of business requirement
Need to understand the business requirement & providing the digital solution.
Discuss the business requirement with BTG & finalizing the approach, timeliness of implementation.
Need to create workflow diagram & prototype of user journey
Stay informed on competition & Digital Industry Developments
Comparing the solutions that are available with competitors.
Evolving the offer of a product basis the other competitor’s product solution.
Upgrade of the solution by ensure all new regulators & compliance points are addressed in the product
Project Lead
Finalise the solution with BTG which can cater to multiple stakeholders
Review the commercials/approach with stakeholders & arrange sign off
Participate in testing with BTG, product & finalization of go live.
Regulatory tracking of the project & sharing monthly update to stakeholders with current stage/Achievements & Challenges.
Engagement with peers/vendors
Scheduling a weekly/fortnightly review with product, BTG & IT. Need to prepare MIS/presentation for the review.
