Urgent opening for Team Member Talent Acquisition for Mumbai Bandra Location Location Bandra Mumbai Experience -3 years + in Manufacturing Or Electrical recruitment Notice period - Immediate till 1month Job description 1) Experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment, Onboarding process. 2) Experience and knowledge of job portal and job posting on social media 3) Experience in handling LinkedIn, Naukri and indeed or other any job portals for suitable resumes. 4) Experience in the manufacturing or engineering recruitment 5) Ability to close open positions at given specific target time given by Reporting Manager. 6) Strong Recruiting and interview skills and ability to identify suitable candidates for roles. 7) Connecting with new joiners on regular basis for feedback and concerns raised 8) Taking candidates reference and verifying the documents of new joiners 9) Organising interview of shortlisted candidates for interview with hiring managers. 10) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 11) Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. 12) Experience on Excel Microsoft ability to prepare reports if required. Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to \xe2\x82\xb9300,000.00 per year Benefits:
