Roles & Responsibilities
Job Purpose:
The authorizer of Identity and Access Management (IAM) Experience role will provide strategic output for a high-performing team from IDAM point of view. This role requires a deep understanding of the technology transformation occurring in the IAM space and how to leverage and deliver benefits across the banking application environment.
Develop, maintain, and execute standard operating procedures (SOP) for all identity management
Should have knowledge about IAM Framework
Develop and maintain operational framework for Privileged Account Management and support team
Assist with troubleshooting unique/complex tickets by working with other teams, vendors or users in diagnosing and resolving access issues
Perform access and account support for internal applications and systems
Carry out any ad hoc tasks/duties which may reasonably be expected as requested by IT Management
Ensuring service requests relating to IT services are resolved satisfactorily and in a timely fashion
Execute and manage daily BAU for IDM operations, troubleshoot user issues and provide resolutions
Conduct specialized and cyclical access reviews; examples - compliance, inactive / stale, new and terminated user container Cleanup, privileged account usage
Comply with all Departmental, Company, Security and Audit policies and procedures
Perform manual certification activities on a quarterly/ Semi Annually & Annually basis
Participate in audit support activities, as they pertain to Access Certification Controls, for internal & external audits inquiries
Provide Ad-Hoc reporting related to areas of expertise for the program
Monitoring compliance to corporate security policies and regulatory guidance with regards to user access and broader information security matters
Designing framework for monthly MIS for SMS activities
Ensuring standardization of User systems access across bank
