Job Description
Retail Communication & Coordination -
- Campaign Communication -
- Creating campaign launch mailers & activity to launch the campaign
- Preparation of Campaign collaterals like - Posters, Danglers, Videos, Launch Presentation etc.
- Getting the Campaign on our digital assets - App & Portal
- Conducting activities to enhance campaign performance
- Campaign related mailers & communication - Performance updates, congratulatory mailers, publishing overall campaign updates (daily)
- Internal & External Communication -
- News Update (IMDs) on App & Portal (Daily)
- Drafting of any important communication related to products / processes / any new updates etc.
- Festival Greetings & creatives
- Reward & Recognition -
- Weekly R&R of Employees
- Agent R&R (During Campaign period)
- Other responsibilities -
- Monthly Birthday list of IMDs - AI Videos
- Working on various presentations
- Coordinating for Monthly Calendar for NHODs & Zonal Heads (as per the process)
