:
Doctors in medical disciplines like MBBS, BAMS, BHMS.
Scrutiny of medical documents and medical decisioning of Health , Personal Accident claims
Understanding of Policy terms & conditions & Various Protocols / Guidelines and application of same for claim decision.
Verification of claims documents to identify elements of fraud and abuse.
Maintaining & Ensuring Standard Operating Procedures & Protocols.
Ailment Wise ICD & Procedure Coding.
Claim Case Management / Cost Management.
Engagement with relevant stakeholders such as underwriting, fraud detection unit and provider management unit for negotiation and field verification of claims.
Effective management of volumes to maintain claims SLA.
