Job Role:

• Project Management of key technology related projects of the bank
• Coordination with various department / Users like Product teams, Compliance, Risk, Ops Team, IT, Vendors etc. to execute projects as per requirement
• Gathering business requirements and preparations of RSD and scrutinizing FSD
• Preparation of Test Cases, User Acceptance Testing, Product and Process release of the project / fix
• Help business implement technology solution in a cost effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program and communicating the same clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners
• Work with Internal customers to resolve their issues, identify opportunities for automation to minimize manual intervention
• Thorough analyses for system issues faced and provide effective solutions
• Prepare User Guides and train users on newly developed Systems
• Maintain Timely & Accurate MIS and Reporting
• Competition benchmarking within and outside industry

• Should be able to run and execute projects independently with the team
• Technology enthusiast and highly motivated individual
• Should have worked in digital solutions team
• Should be aware of agile methodology of project management
• 5-10 years total experience
• Well versed with Office Automation tools like MS Excel, MS Access etc.
• Good presentation skills
• Should be an effective Team Player and have a positive attitude
• Should have good analytical skills and an eye for detail
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Prior banking channel(mobile/internet banking, cards) and digital payment experience would be preferred
• Experience in Video KYC/Customer onboarding process a must
• Experience in JIRA, Bugzilla would be preferred
• Candidate must be from banking, fintech or consulting domain
• Should be flexible in terms of work timings/availability/location(wfh or office)
