:
Project Role : Government Business Modules (GBM) Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Work Experience : Various positions available depending on years of experience Must Have Skills : Good knowledge on Small Savings Schemes (PPF, Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana, Pension, Senior Stz Savings etc) , Various tax payments (Direct/Indirect/State) and PFMS. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform requirement gathering and analysis, understand current systems and prepare Business Requirement Documentation (BRD) for system implementation and new enhancements
  • Co-ordinate with departments and users to gather all functional, technical, and business requirements to formulate specification documents, work flows and obtains sign-off from users on specifications
  • Preparation and execution of test conditions and give sign to deploy in production
  • Ensure the project plan and execution of plan without any delays
  • Help to resolve user queries, clarification and get fix the system bugs if any
  • Thorough analyses of system issues faced and provide effective solutions.
Should have good knowledge on various tax payments made by Individual and corporates. Coordinating with different teams to understand and resolve the issues.
  • Prepare User Guides and train users on newly developed Systems
  • Provide inputs to process team while preparing processes related to systems
Key Knowledge / Experience required:-
  • Adequate knowledge on using Automated Test tools
  • UAT experience is must
  • Knowledge on Direct / Indirect Tax payments is must
  • Knowledge on PPF, Pension, Small Saving Schemes launched by Central Govt. is required
  • Customer Experience and centric solution knowledge is must
  • Good experience and techno-functional skills in Banking System is must
  • Good understanding of Retail banking is value add
  • Business Analysis skill is a must
  • Experience in Integration with various systems
Skills Required
  • 2+ years of experience in BA role in IT or in BFSI domain
  • Must have understanding on overall payment methods - both online and offline
  • Preferably, experience in government business related payment system integrations
  • Ability to implement and execute structured change management process
  • Strong attention to details and problem solving abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Should be good in Ms Office and PPTs
