• To manage a function aligned role and work closely with stakeholders on governance
• Manage day-to-day activities of the team and ensure compliance to procedures and policy guidelines, encourage and motivate advisors, develop agent skill sets and manage personal development goals for the agents.
• Assist the business in the maintenance of Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators through effective team leadership.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum Qualification Graduate
• Minimum experience of 6 years with experience of handling reconciliation and governance activities
• Candidate with understanding of risk and control processes
• Fluent in interpersonal communication & working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access and Power Point skills.
• Experience in stakeholder management

• Self-starter and self-motivated player, able to define structure and prioritise work for self and team, if required.
• Ability to work with different geographies and quickly adapt to changes
