The role holder expected to build an enhanced network with key stakeholders and ensure to deliver great services driving excellent business & customer focused results with great quality. Unsecured Lending Operations deals with various account servicing for customers through multiple systems and the role holder will be accountable to manage the required skill sets and access for the teams & ensure all Governance, Risk Management, Controls and Compliance requirements are adhered to in the business.
What will you be doing?

  • Making decisions and problem solving in a timely manner using various system applications
  • This role will have primary responsibility to manage a team in India BUK Operations.
  • Ensure daily SLA are met as per Business Schedule
  • Manage various change requests raised through change governance
  • Handle end to end process transitions, from training to go-live.
  • Support internal and external audits performed for the respective business
  • Efficient planning to ensure workload is completed as per required timeline without impacting any Service Level metrics and address queries or priority requests raised by clients and other stakeholders
  • Accountable for identifying, analysing and resolving /implementation processing issues to prevent re-occurrence reducing loss to the business
  • Provide support and cover in terms of process management to team members
  • Carry out Quality/Control Checks for the team and provide feedback for continuous improvements
  • Measure performance of the team for e.g. Goal setting, Performance appraisals, confirmations and on-going feedback and training

What we’re looking for:
  • Overview of a Unsecured lending process & Retail products
  • A strong financial background would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills, expertise in articulating with clarity
  • Prior experience in handling a team would be advantageous
  • MS Office Application Suite (Preferably Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Relevant years of experience with experience in same domain (exception for deserving candidates)
  • Good analysis and problem solving skills
  • Strong control awareness
  • Qualified Graduate (B.Com) or MBA (Finance) preferred
