Role

As the TM- GPC oprearations(Extension) you will be part of the Plant Operations and will report to the Head of operations The purpose of your role will be to manage Domestic & Global Business.

A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Monitoring material Unloading & receiving.
2. Adherence to daily Prepacking plan w.r.t Business needs & Manpower handling
3. Managing Order Processing wrt daily business plan
4. Ensuring Packing & dispatch of VOR & New Model Parts within stipulated timeframe
5. Achieve Operational Excellence by adhering the best practices of TPM and idea generation for Innovation at shop floor.
6. Training need Identification for Operators & Preparation of skill matrix, make efforts to upgrade the skill level.

A Day in the life

\xe2\x97\x8f Manpower Management - Upgrading skill of the team Members, Handling & Controlling, Tracking Absenteeism, AVS Updation, Development of skill matrix and upgrade skill level of Operators, Training matrix formation, Training identification and Planning.

• Order Processing in SAP/WMS as per daily plan & subsequent planning.
• Adherence to daily prepacking plan w.r.t Open Orders & Releasable RM available.
• Productivity achievement
• Close Monitoring of VOR/New Model Parts & execution based on the orders received
• TPM, JH circle awareness, CLIT, Tag, suggestion etc practice adhering at shop floor
• OEE Monitoring as well as plan for improvement
• SOPs & Daily MIS preparation

Academic Qualification & Experience

• B. Tech, M.B.A. with 8-10 Years of Relevant Exp. in related Industry.

Technical Skills/Knowledge

• Excellent understanding of SAP, WMS & Warehouse functionality specially parts business
• Manpower Management, Business Analysis, MS Office, Data Analysis
