10-20 Scope of the Role: To increase the Govt salary portfolio for the region under coverage. Ensure salary deals are activated with account sourcing and salary credits and work on increasing our wallet share in such government departments to build deepen and enhance the overall relationship. :
> Ensure business numbers are achieved for
Government Salary business. > Daily/Weekly/Monthly monitoring of business. > Monthly monitoring of business at branch level
(where budgets have been allocated). > Ensure the overall Government book (LTD) grows
on month on month basis. > Ensure productivity of Salary SMs as per
benchmarks set. > Guiding Salary SMs for Opportunity scoping of Govt
department/Board/Corporation/ULBs mapped to the RMs. > Assist Govt. Salary Sales Manager to crack the
account of senior management of the Government
Department. > Guide, supervise and drive the team to achievebusiness objectives. > Monitor performance of Salary SMs at periodic
intervals and ensuring productivity of the team Ideal Candidate: Candidates with 10 to 15 years of experience in banking, where at least 4 to 7 years of exposure in Corporate Salary vertical with good exposure in team handling.
