Greetings from Brocus IT Solutions Pvt Ltd! We are Hiring Operations - Team Lead (Sales Background) Roles and Responsibilities :
- Candidates should have experience of Team Handling/Sales/KPIs.
- Ability to perform multi tasks and adjust quickly in short time frames.
- Give timely and real time feedback with a view towards improving Operational and individual efficiency.
- Knowledge of operational process, logical thinking, reporting and analysis.
- Candidate must be comfortable to work in night shifts and work from office.
- Looking candidate from International background only.
- Should have handled a team of 15-20 FTEs.
