Inception: 2011Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and passionate ESG Team Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ESG principles and practices, with demonstrated leadership abilities to guide our ESG initiatives and drive impactful change across the organization. • Lead the team responsible for ESG reporting \xc3\xa0 Ensuring process and achieving high Data Quality for environmental and social kpi\xe2\x80\x99s!

• Community as prio: Collaborate with cross-functional teams / entity SPOC\xe2\x80\x99s to collate ESG data cross organization

• Bring in efficiencies and Process Improvements in the Process

• Resource Management and availability of resources

• Serve as a subject matter expert on ESG matters, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders and external partners.

• Conduct thorough ESG assessments and analyses to report quality data which leads to sustainability reporting.

• Prepare and present regular reports and updates on ESG performance to senior management

• Bachelor\'s degree in environmental science, sustainability, business administration, or related field. Master\'s degree preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, corporate social responsibility (CSR), or related field, with a track record of progressively increasing responsibilities.

• Strong understanding of ESG frameworks and standards, such as CSRD, GRI, SASB, TCFD, and UN Sustainable Development Goals.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.

• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and project management skills. Controlling expertise highly welcome.

• Proven leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams, drive consensus, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Demonstrated commitment to ethical business practices and corporate citizenship.

• Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CSR-P, GRI, SASB) are a plus.

• Experience in stakeholder engagement, corporate governance, and/or impact investing is desirable.
