Roles and Responsibilities Roles and Responsibilities:
Build a team of Hindsighting staff & Implement credit Hindsighting framework for all Retail
Assets Products. Review and Publish Hindsight reports / dashboards / scores periodically
Create a framework for Benchmarking Retail Asset portfolio of LTFS with peers in markets
and provide insights to Senior Management
To build robust set of Risk metrics & Triggers associated with the Retail Products (Micro
Loans, HL, LAP, Consumer Loans, TW Loans, Farm equipment, SME etc.) and monitor them
on an ongoing basis
To perform Risk Analytics & implement the observations by discussing the same with
Business, Credit and Collection Teams
Develop and maintain robust Early Warning system framework for LTFS to ensure timely
portfolio related actions
Ensure compliance with ICAAP policy and ensure timely submission of ICAAP report to rbi
Monitoring and Compliance Reporting of Management / Committee-Level Risk Appetite
Triggers
Contribute to maintaining and refreshing the Risk Appetite Statement
Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting related to non-financial risk topics
Contribute in the ECL Model Build /Application for retail portfolios, data compilation,
analysing ECL results, documentation and presentation of IND AS 109 results and estimates
to senior management
