Job Description

- Formation and implementation of appropriate measures/frameworks to effectively mitigate Credit Risk of the Bank pertaining to Credit Card segment.- Development of appropriate Risk Appetite framework/threshold/limits and ensure regular monitoring to minimize risk of the Bank.- Ensure to provide regular advisory to credit/product team on improvement of internal credit guidelines and policies in response to changing markets in Credit Card segment.- Designing and implementing various risk models for portfolio tracking and undertake periodic review of the same.- Ensuring root cause analysis for each implementation issue pertaining to Credit Risk.- Ensuring Annual /need based review and monitoring of Credit Card related policies/products. Assessment/Improvement / automation of Internal Rating model / Scorecard validation, as and when required.- Ensuring quality submission of monitoring analysis at regular intervals to the higher authorities in the assigned areas and ensuring submission of CRMC/RMCB/Board Papers on time maintaining desired quality and accuracy. Tracking and supervising each team member\'s performance in this aspect, giving feedbacks and improving the overall standard of the team submission.- Accountable for team building and effective use of all resources in the team and establishing skills of managerial effectiveness and supremacy. Ensuring limit monitoring and other monitoring activites at desired interval.- Ensuring the alignment of Credit Risk Department (in his assigned areas) with the overall Strategy of the Bank.
