Team Leader - Credit & Operations We are looking for an individual with 0-3 years of experience to manage Apollo\'s Fintech Partners. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in the digital lending ecosystem The role is based in Mumbai and the candidate is expected to work from the office. Key Responsibilities: To operate as the primary point of contact for our Fintech Partners On-boarding & managing partners by closely working with them in order to understand their products and requirements in a quick and seamless manner Responsible for having a complete understanding of the Fintech\'s business and building a strategic relationship with their POCs Working closely with the internal and external teams throughout the onboarding process Analyzing reports that explain the degree of risk involved in extending credit and strategizing ways to mitigate the risks Responsible for monitoring the Fintech post the onboarding process and should be able to handle escalations if any Maintain regular and open communication with the operations team and technology team about assigned tasks, and priorities and ensure applications under development meet the defined requirements and pass he user acceptance testing prior to their release Maintain a high level of relevant industry, product, and service knowledge to have meaningful conversations and generally stay ahead of trends Take ownership of the tasks with a focus on the quality and accuracy of the deliverables Ensure compliance with all applicable policies and procedures. Ability to set an overall strategy and drive the operations team towards achieving their goals Any additional responsibilities as and when assigned by the reporting manager Key Requirements: We are looking for an individual with 0-2 years of experience. Background of underwriting, credit sanctioning, or credit policy drafting would be given a strong preference The candidate must be exceptional in people management, communication, and presentation skills. This role involves interacting heavily with both internal and external teams A proven track record of managing partners and engaging in solution selling would be preferred High IQ: A clear demonstration of this in the past is a requirement Ability to work hard and long hours on difficult problems.
