Key Skills Required . 8-10 years experience in Collections preferably in NBFCs/BFSI . Must be at managerial position - Area Manager/Manager in the last 3 years. . Must have managed the team. Must have set processes and policies related to Collections. . Exceptional command of verbal and written communication skills . MIS/ Analytical skills - must be able to work on dashboards, reports, etc. . Strong interpersonal/ conflict management/ negotiation and feedback providing skills Roles and Responsibilities . Create and optimize process for central collections . To drive Overall Settlements- Ensure cases settled within the defined TAT and above 95% . To ensure negotiation on 100% of cases . To negotiate increase in value of the initial offer . To drive collections on the agreed settlement value . To drive key performance input measures like customer contactability, Login adherence and schedule management . Responsible for collection efficiency process within the central team - Improve collection and legal recovery . Effective segmentation of the portfolio to maximize recoveries . Collaboration with sales team for improvement in daily collections . Daily, weekly review to keep a track of team performance against the target. Specifically, track control the delinquency within various cities, Bucket-wise DPD wise . Review account allocations and collections targets by bucket. . Ensure that the collection agencies and executives adhere to the legal guidelines . Manage productivity by drawing productivity parameters for collection executives . Monitoring performance against set parameters and daily review the same . Mentoring and coaching of team . Identify and manage training needs for the executives . Oversee adoption of Collection Management System within the team. . Coordinating and liaising with legal team to ensure legal action is taken on specified cases . Liaison with internal and external stakeholders for smooth operations and collections process. Collaborate with the product, Ops, Underwriting and marketing team to identify alternate ways to improve collections . Timely maintaining and delivering daily, weekly, monthly dashboard reports.
