Job Description


Job Summary
The Talent Development Specialist role is designed to help manage the company’s learning and development resources and programs. This role is responsible to design, build and run the talent management programs and processes for the business and will be a key contributor in delivering a smooth, consistent learner experience for the employees for our India site.
Description

  • Focus on talent management initiatives including organization and talent planning, succession planning, coaching leaders and driving organization development and change management initiatives
  • Partner closely with our people leaders to enable their teams to lead Talent Management programs within their lines of business; Identify and communicate critical insights
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, HRBPs to understand the business strategy, talent strategy and identify talent development opportunities;
  • Drive or advise on the creation of new, or the evolution of existing programs, track how they’re doing, analyze the results and make them better; implement and execute impact oriented developmental programs (including global programs) that enable teams, and individuals to maximize performance
  • Perform other related duties and assists on special projects as assigned.

Education & Experience

  • MBA from Tier 1 institutes
  • Preferably candidates with HR experience of at least 1-3 years
  • Past experience in talent development is desirable.

  • Maintains industry knowledge/trends & best practices in the TD 5 key areas: Performance Management, Bench Development & Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Learning, Organizational Development
  • Actively develops skills & knowledge in the 5 key areas of talent development
  • Help others learn & apply new skills and knowledge
